    Answer: Most installers recommend waiting ~2–5 days before rolling windows down, because the adhesive needs time to set and moving the glass too soon can lift an edge. Full curing (remaining haziness/water pockets) can take longer (often up to ~1–2 weeks) depending on heat, humidity, film type, and glass shape. For cleaning: avoid ammonia-based cleaners, and wait until the film has set (your installer’s minimum window-down guidance is a good baseline)
